Good morning,

The Commitment to Pay Attendance Dues (CTP) Forms for 2026 have been emailed out.  Please check your junk/spam folder in case it has ended up there.  If you haven't received it, please let me know.  These need to be signed and dated as soon as possible.

To fill out electronically on computer, download the form, then click on the form in the downloads folder.  You can either use the text box to type, or use the drawing function to sign.

You can also print them off if you have a printer, then sign and return to the school.

Paper forms are available on request if you are unable to sign electronically, or unable to print.

Please note that on the second page of the form are the Conditions of Enrolment.  The cost of the full year's attendance dues has increased to $660 for 2026.  Where it says $15 per school week, this has been calculated for 11 weeks per term - even though we only have 10 weeks per term.  If you are making a weekly automatic payment during term time, please make sure you add an extra week per term.  Otherwise the cost is $16.50 per week over 10 weeks per term.
